Brooks, Soileau Earn All-Region Soccer Honors

OXFORD, Miss. - Soccer Buzz Magazine named Ole Miss' Jennifer Soileau and Bridget Brooks to the 1999 All-Central Region teams.
Soileau, a junior from Baton Rouge, La., was named to the All-Central Region Second Team after scoring 12 points on three goals and six assists in 1999.
Soileau was also named to the NSCAA All-Central Region Second Team earlier this season.
Brooks, a freshman from Shreveport, La., was named to the All-Freshman team.
Brooks finished third in the Southeastern Conference in scoring this season with 33 points on 16 goals and one assist. Brooks also led the Rebels with four game-winning goals.
The Ole Miss soccer team completed the 1999 season with its first-ever SEC Western Division championship and advanced to the finals of the SEC Tournament.
