WHERE YOUR STORY IS WRITTEN |

Year 1: Exposure
Student-athletes engage in personal advancement programming that is designed to educate and support each individual as they transition into collegiate athletics. Exposing our first year student-athletes to many topics, including but not limited to financial literacy and career exploration, will serve as a foundation as they begin their journey of writing their book at Ole Miss.
Year 2: Identify
Using the information obtained during Year 1, student-athletes will begin the phase of creating their story. Programming during Year 2 will focus on identity. Through this programming, student-athletes will be able to set forth long-term goals and create a plan on how to achieve those goals.
Year 3: Opportunity
After determining their personal and professional goals, Year 3 will provide both educational and experiential learning opportunities that will maximize their potential of obtaining post-graduate placement.
Year 4: Enhancement & Preparation
Student-athletes are in the final stage of preparing for life after intercollegiate athletics. During this time, student-athletes will engage in intentional programming in areas that will enhance skills obtained throughout their time at Ole Miss, preparing for a successful transition following their collegiate careers.
