How to Manage Tickets

Mobile Ticket Enhancements |
- Starting with the 2025 athletic seasons, all mobile tickets will use NFC-enabled technology. NFC tickets use “Tap and Go” for entry into athletic venues. You will no longer see a barcode on your mobile tickets. Simply add your ticket to your wallet to use on gameday.
- This change allows for more secure ticketing on gameday in order to prevent fraudulent activity.
- Apple users will experience mobile tickets like Apple Pay. Each ticket will bind together your apple ID and Athletics ticketing account. Once you authenticate your tickets the first time, you are set for all future events!
- Please be sure to the primary account owner downloads their own season tickets to ensure proper account binding.
- Only one athletics account may bind one Apple ID.
- Screenshots and ticket forwards will not be valid for gameday!
- Fans must use the ticket transfer feature to share their tickets amongst family and friends. You may not screenshot tickets to share with your guests.
- Tickets can easily be transferred using a phone number or email address from your account at OleMissTix.com.

A: It is a full-season ticket that will simplify your digital wallet. Add each All-in-1 ticket once per seat and it will automatically update to the next event. The All-in-1 pass consolidates your entire season ticket and/or parking pass into a single pass. Q: Is All-in-1 available for all tickets?
A: The All-in-1 pass is available for season ticket holders only. This includes all season tickets, student football season tickets, and parking passes. Q: How do I know if I have an All-in-1 pass?
A:When you download or access your tickets from My Account, the All-in-1 logo displays in the top right corner of the pass. Q: How do I add an All-in-1 ticket to my wallet?
A: Login to My Account on your mobile device, click add to wallet, and you’re done! Q: How many times do I have to add my All-in-1 ticket?
A: Add EACH SEAT just once. In your digital wallet, the All-in-1 pass knows to rotate to the next event automatically. Q: When does my All-in-1 pass update to the next event?
A: All-in-1 automatically updates after an event has ended to display the next event. An update may not be immediate but will process before gates open for the next event. Q: How do I know if my All-in-1 pass has been updated?
A: Check your All-in-1 pass in your digital wallet to verify. After the previous event has passed, it will show the next event’s date/opponent. If you have transferred or resold your next event, the All-in-1 pass will skip that event and go to your next available ticket. The update may not be immediate upon the completion of the previous event. Q: My All-in-1 pass did not update. What do I do?
A: All-in-1 pass will automatically update before each event. If you do not see the update, please check your expired passes first to move your All-in-1 pass back to your wallet. If you have transferred or resold an event from your All-in-1 pass, that event will no longer be part of your pass when it updates. For any other issues, please try to re-download your All-in-1 pass first, then contact the Ole Miss Athletics ticket office for assistance. Q: I’m attending a doubleheader event, why don’t I see my All-in-1 pass?
A: For doubleheader events, please log in to My Account and download a single pass for the second event of the day. The second event of the day will not show in your All-in-1 pass due to the event dates being the same, but at different times. We apologize for this inconvenience. Q: What happens when I transfer or sell one of my tickets in my All-in-1 pass?
A: The All-in-1 pass in your digital wallet will display “VOIDED” or collapse, depending on your mobile device. In My Account, the ticket will no longer display in My Upcoming Events. In addition, if you click “View ALL-IN-1 Events” under the Event Details page, the event will be grayed out and no longer accessible. Q: Can I transfer or resell an entire All-in-1 pass?
A: No, but the events in your All-in-1 pass can be managed individually. The recipient of your transfer or resold ticket will receive a single ticket per event. Q: Can I see my season ticket the old way by each individual event?
A: No, the All-in-1 pass is the only mobile delivery option available this season. Q: I deleted my All-in-1 pass from my wallet. Can I download it again?
A: Yes! You can redownload your All-in-1 pass at any time from My Account.
