Basketball Banquet Scheduled for April 7th

OXFORD, Miss. -- The 1998 Ole Miss men's basketball banquet has been scheduled for Tuesday, Apr. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ramada Inn, which is located on Jackson Avenue in Oxford. Banquet tickets are $15 per person and are available only to members of the Ole Miss Basketball Tip-Off Club.
There are a limited number of tickets available for the banquet. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. To purchase advance tickets, Ole Miss Basketball Tip-Off Club members can call the Ole Miss men's basketball office (232-7534), Billy Hancock (234-4851), Ernie LaBarge (234-8046) or Johnny Barrett (234-2821). Fans interested in joining the club can do so when they purchase tickets for the banquet. The cost for membership in the Ole Miss Basketball Tip-Off Club is $20 for individuals and families, $30 for businesses and $5 for students.
The banquet will include dinner and an awards presentation. The Ole Miss Teleproductions Resource Center (TRC) will also show a short segment of the video commemorating the 1997-98 season. The basketball video will be available for sale to the public at a later date.
