Time Changes Announced for Upcoming Rebel Basketball Games

OXFORD, Miss. - The Puerto Rico Holiday Classic has announced time changes for the Ole Miss men's basketball games on Dec. 21-22. The time changes occurred as a result of Ohio State's games being televised in Ohio. The Buckeye games on all three days will be played at 6:00 p.m.
On Dec. 21, Ole Miss will meet St. Joseph's at 3:00 p.m. The game was originally scheduled for a 5:30 p.m. tip. The Rebels then will meet Oklahoma or American University-Puerto Rico at 10:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. in a second-round game on Dec. 22. On the final day (Dec. 23) of the tournament, Ole Miss will play at either 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. All the above times are Central.
The Rebels' game versus Prairie View on Dec. 29 also will have a time change. The contest, originally scheduled to tip at 5:00 p.m. (CT), will now start at 4:30 p.m. (CT). The men's game is the first contest of an Ole Miss basketball doubleheader on Dec. 29. The Lady Rebels will host defending NCAA champion Tennessee at 7:00 p.m. (CT).
The Rebels have a 7-2 record and will return to action at the Puerto Rico Holiday Classic on Dec. 21. Ole Miss will meet St. Joseph's in the first round.
