Ole Miss Soccer Takes On Jacksonville On Tuesday

OXFORD, Miss. - The Ole Miss soccer team will take on Jacksonville (Fla.) on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Lady Rebels' soccer complex.

Ole Miss (3-0) is coming off a 3-1 victory over Southwest Missouri State on Friday. Junior forward Regan Scanlon scored her sixth goal of the season and freshman Michaela Collins scored her first collegiate goal in leading the Lady Rebels' to victory.

In three games this season Scanlon has a team high 14 points on six goals and two assists. Dating back to last season, Scanlon has scored 13 goals and 10 assists in her last 15 games.

After Tuesday's home game against Jacksonville, the Lady Rebels hit the road for four games. Ole Miss opens Southeastern Conference action in Fayetteville against the Arkansas Lady Razorbacks on Sept. 10, and then takes on LSU in Baton Rouge on Sept. 12.

Ole Miss concludes the road trip in Stockton, Calif., in a tournament hosted by the University of Pacific. The Lady Rebels will take on Idaho State on Sept. 17, and Fresno State on Sept. 19.
