- The Rebels are now 5-1 when playing on or near Inauguration Day since 1981. Before Saturday's game, Ole Miss last played on Inauguration Day in 1993 and won that contest 69-53 over Mississippi State (Jan. 20, 1993).
- Jason Harrison netted a season-high 16 points vs. Kentucky.
- Saturday's game was Kentucky's first road contest in SEC play.
- Jason Harrison hit a career-high four three-pointers vs. Kentucky. His previous career best was three treys on 10 different occasions.
- Rahim Lockhart took over second place on the Rebel career blocked shots chart with 115 blocks. He came into the Kentucky game tied with Johnnie Rogers for second place with 114 blocked shots.
- After shooting 35 percent or less from the three-point line the last three games, Ole Miss hit 53.8 percent from the arc vs. Kentucky.
- Justin Reed scored 11 points vs. Kentucky. Reed has scored in double figures in four of Ole Miss' five SEC games.
