Chattanooga, Tenn. - Day three of the Icy Hot/ITA Men's All-American Championships came to a close Sunday at Champions Club. The Ole Miss duo of Patrick Chucri and Karim Alayli picked up two wins in the doubles prequalifying draw before falling in the round of 32.
Chucri and Alayli were first round winners over Oklahoma State's Jiri Jezek and Boris Kuhraic, 8-4. The Rebel pair continued their success in the second round against Arkansas' Matt Roberts and Adrian Zguns, 8-5. It wasn't until the third match of the day that Chucri and Alayli were stopped. They were defeated by the Georgia Tech pair of West Nott and Scott Schnugg, 8-5. The loss prevented the two Rebels from advancing to the doubles qualifying round on Oct. 8.
