Ole Miss Falls to Air Force at BCA Classic

MILWAUKEE (AP) -Antoine Hood scored 15 points and Nick Welch added 14, leading Air Force to a 60-36 victory over Ole Miss in Monday's second round of the Black Coaches Association Classic.
The game was in the winner's bracket on the second day of the three-day tournament.
The Rebels (1-1) were led by Todd Abernethy with 12 points.A sophomore from Carmel, Ind., Abernethy was named the SEC Player of the Week earlier in the day.
McCraw had a three-point play and Welch a 3-pointer, as the Falcons (2-0) broke from a halftime tie to a 25-19 lead, pulling ahead for good.
Abernethy hit a 3-pointer for Ole Miss to make it 25-22, but Air Force scored four straight points on free throws and the Rebels never closed the margin.
Marvin Moore tallied six points and four rebounds off the Ole Miss bench, while fellow senior forward Tommie Eddie dropped in eight points. Londrick Nolen collected four blocked shots on the evening.
The Rebels will face Illinois State Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. CT in the final day of the BCA Classic at Milwaukee's Bradley Center.
