OXFORD, Miss. (AP) - Londrick Nolen had a game high 16 points Wednesday as Mississippi defeated Troy 81-49.
Mississippi (5-4) won their third consecutive contest as Tommie Eddie added 11 points and Kendrick Fox and Todd Abernethy scored 10 each.
Bobby Dixon led Troy (1-7) with 13 points.
The Rebels shot 17-of-24 from the field in the second half, hitting 71 percent, and finished 34-of-57.
Thirteen Mississippi players scored in the Rebels fifth straight win over the Trojans.
Mississippi led 39-24 at halftime. Nolen scored 14 points and had five rebounds in the second half alone.
Troy never got closer than 15 points after the first half.
Mississippi was more effective from the field in the second half even with the team's reserves playing most of the time.
The Rebels got three-point baskets from seven different players and held the Trojans to 17-of-49 from the field.
