Tubby Smith to Speak to Ole Miss Tip-Off Club

OXFORD, Miss. - Kentucky head basketball coach Tubby Smith will speak at the Ole Miss Tip-Off Club luncheon, Wednesday, Jan. 19, at 12:30 p.m. at the Downtown Oxford Inn and Suites. Smith's top-10 nationally-ranked Wildcats take on the Rebels later that evening at 7 p.m. at Tad Smith Coliseum. The game will be televised by JP Sports.
In his 14th season as a head coach, Smith is eighth among active coaches in career winning percentage and has earned nine National Coach of the Year awards. He has coached the Wildcats to one NCAA Championship, four SEC regular-season titles and five SEC Tournament crowns in his seven years at UK.
