Tickets on Sale Now for NIT Game Wednesday

OXFORD, Miss. -- Tickets are now on sale for Ole Miss' first postseason game since 2002. Call the Ole Miss Ticket Office at 662-915-7167 to catch the Rebels battle Appalachian State in the NIT first round Wednesday at 7 p.m. CT at Tad Smith Coliseum. Tickets are $15 for adults and $4 for Ole Miss students and youth ages 18 and under. Individual game tickets can be purchased only by phone or stopping by the coliseum ticket office. No tickets will be mailed, so they must be picked up at the ticket office, which is open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., or at will-call on gameday. Youth tickets can only be purchased in person at the coliseum ticket office beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Season ticket holders must call before Tuesday at noon to reserve their regular seats for the game but cannot pick up their actual tickets until after noon on Tuesday. All season seats that are renewed as NIT tickets will be $15. In order to hold their season seat location, season ticket holders must commit to any remaining NIT home games, which could potentially be March 19 and 21. After Tuesday at noon, season ticket seats that are not reserved will be available as individual game tickets for the NIT. All non-season ticketholders that order by phone can pick up their tickets beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday. An Ole Miss victory Wednesday would advance the Rebels to a March 19 meeting with the Clemson-East Tennessee State winner in the second round. The host school in the second round and quarterfinal will be based on the higher seed. Clemson is the top seed in the South Region, while Ole Miss is the No. 4. The NIT Final Four is March 27 and 29 at New York's Madison Square Garden.
