Rebel Hoops Signee Zach Graham Honored

ATLANTA -- Following a stellar senior prep campaign, Ole Miss basketball signee Zach Graham was honored on the Metro Atlanta Boys Team, as announced Wednesday by the Atlanta Tipoff Club. The winners will be recognized at the Tipoff Club's Naismith Awards Banquet presented by Delta Air Lines on April 5 at the Georgia World Congress Center.

A 6-foot-5 wing at Peachtree Ridge High School, Graham averaged 20.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists and earned All-State distinctintion for the second straight year. He quarterbacked the football team to a state title in the fall and directed the basketball squad to a 27-4 record.

Playing for coach Gerald Arnold, Graham helped the Lions win the region tournament and reach the quarterfinals of the state playoffs. He posted a game-high 27 points with a career-best 15 rebounds to lead Peachtree Ridge past Parkview in the second round of the state tourney.

In addtion, Graham topped all scorers in last Saturday's Georgia North-South All Star game, dropping in 23 points to push the North team to victory.
