OXFORD, Miss. Rising Ole Miss sophomore Sara Grantham will compete in the 92nd annual Women’s Southern Amateur Golf tournament June 4-8 at River Chase Country Club in Birmingham, Ala. 

The tournament will begin with an 18-hole qualifier with a championship flight cut at 32 players.  Match play begins Tuesday, June 6 with a 36-hole final on Friday.  The course will be playing at 6,039 yards.

Grantham is one of 33 collegiate golfers playing in the field.  She just completed her first season for the Lady Rebels. 

The Cleveland, Tenn., native finished second on the team in stroke average and was the top finisher in three of the Lady Rebels’ tournaments this past season.  Grantham tied for 10^th at the Wildcat Invitational and the UC-Irvine Anteater Invitational.
