CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. Senior Ole Miss All-American netters Jonas Berg and Bram ten Berge moved one step closer to their second national title Friday, downing the Harvard team of Aexei Evans and Chris Clayton, 8-2 in the quarterfinal round of the ITA National Indoor at the Boar's Head Sports Club.

After a close encounter in the first round, the fourth seeded Rebel duo ran their record to 10-0 with the easy quarterfinal win. They will now face the Southern Cal team of Robert Farah and Steve Johnson in the semifinals Saturday, following the singles.

Saturday's opponent will be somewhat familiar to both Berg and ten Berge. ten Berge and former All-American Matthias Wellermann lost a very close match to Farah and his previous partner (Kaes Van't Hof) in the semifinals of the NCAAs last year. The USC duo then defeated Berg and former three-time All-American Erling Tveit to win the title.

Berg and ten Berge, one of only two seeds left in the 16-team field, are looking to win their third consecutive title of the fall and second straight national title, after winning the D'Novo ITA All-American Championships in October.
