Opening Statement
"We certainly want to congratulate Andy's basketball team. Those guys have been able to organize and play hard. I thought they played very well, and that's a tribute to him and those young men. They did a really good job tonight. Obviously, from our side of it we are disappointed. We have struggled here the last two games to score the basketball. It is very interesting to go from playing so well to going to the way that we are playing now. We have a short turnaround here. Obviously we are going to have to go to one of the toughest places in the league to play."
On the biggest reason for the offensive struggles...
"I think first you have to start with our opponent, and then the familiarity that we have with one another. There is going to be very little surprise between us. That and I think some of the opportunities that we have had have not gone in. The other night against Mississippi State I realized that we only had15 free throws. If we are playing well then we should be shooting around 30. Tonight we played a little better and got back into the mid-20 range. You see how valuable Mike Washington is to us. When he is not getting a double-double, it is tough sledding for us out there. Stefan Welsh and Rotnei Clarke struggled to get shots, and Michael Sanchez gets a doughnut."
