Cantinol Transferring From Ole Miss

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss sophomore forward Kevin Cantinol has decided to leave the men's basketball team following the completion of the fall semester, head coach Andy Kennedy announced Wednesday.

"Kevin has decided to transfer to another university," Kennedy said. "We appreciate his contributions to our program over the last three years and wish him well in all his future endeavors."

The 6-foot-10, 255-pound native of the French West Indies played in 21 games with one start over the past two seasons after redshirting in his true freshman campaign. He had career highs of eight points and four rebounds in a win at New Orleans last season.
