Back in August, the Ole Miss women’s golf team made a list of goals for the semester that we felt would take our program to the next level. Looking back on that list, I believe we accomplished every single one. We won a tournament-the Johnnie Imes Invitational, hosted by
When we returned from Christmas break, it was time to make a new set of goals for the spring. Obviously, we want to continue our outstanding play. In order to qualify for NCAA Regionals, we need to maintain our current ranking (No. 38). Unfortunately, we have not gotten off to the start that we would have liked. However, there is a lot of golf to be played, and I believe our best golf is still to come. We need to continue to maintain our strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and self-confidence.
Now that I am a senior and starting to wind down my college career, I am trying to soak in every moment possible. A lot of athletes don’t realize how fortunate and lucky they are until they see that it is coming to an end. Currently, we are on our way to
