Ole Miss Rallies To Beat Arkansas State In Opener

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) - Chris Warren scored 20 of his game-high 26 points in the second half to lead Ole Miss to a come-from-behind 68-60 victory over Arkansas State in Friday's season opener.
Warren's 3-pointer from the top of the key with 4:30 left gave Ole Miss a 58-50 advantage -- the Rebels' largest lead of the game until his dunk in the final second.
Arkansas State led for more than 21 minutes after taking a 15-14 lead with 12:12 left in the first half.
Trevor Gaskins' rebound off a Demarco Cox miss with 11:50 left gave Ole Miss a 41-40 lead. Arkansas State responded with a 6-2 run.
Ole Miss trailed by as many as 11 points in the first half. Arkansas State used a 10-0 run midway through the opening period to extend an 18-17 lead to 28-17. The Red Wolves led 32-24 at the break.
Zach Graham added 12 points for the Rebels. Gaskins had eight points and a team-high seven rebounds, while Terrance Henry and Nick Williams also added eight points apiece.
The Rebels have now won each of their last seven season openers.
