KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Another postseason accolade has come Chris Warren's way, this time All-District second-team honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches on Wednesday.

The senior point guard from Ole Miss, who received All-SEC first team recognition from the league coaches on Tuesday, was voted to the second team for NABC District 21. It is Warren's first NABC All-District honor of his career. He was an all-district pick by the USBWA last season.

The 245 NABC All-District student-athletes from 24 districts are eligible for the State Farm Coaches' Division I All-America teams, to be announced on Saturday, April 2, at 9:30 a.m. (EDT) at the Hilton Americas Hotel in Houston during the NABC Convention and NCAA® Final Four®.

First-team picks from District 21 were Vanderbilt's John Jenkins, Georgia's Trey Thompkins, Kentucky's Terrence Jones, Alabama's JaMychal Green and Florida's Chandler Parsons.

Joining Warren on the second team were Kentucky's Brandon Knight, Tennessee's Scotty Hopson, Vanderbilt's Jeffery Taylor and Florida's Erving Walker.

The last NABC All-District selection from Ole Miss was David Huertas, a second-team pick in 2009.
