Oxford, Miss. - The Ole Miss soccer team's offense stayed hot, scoring four goals in a 4-0 win over SEC foe Alabama Saturday in Orange Beach, Ala.
The Rebels have been sharp on both sides of the field over their last three spring matches as Ole Miss has outscored its opponents 8-0 in route to a 3-0 record in its last three games. Last weekend, the Rebels posted a 3-0 win at home over Arkansas State and a 1-0 win over Tennessee-Martin.
"We have worked hard on being dangerous offensively and creating opportunities this spring," head coach Matt Mott said.
On Saturday, the Rebels got goals from four difference players in Dylan Jordan, Alix Hildal, Kim Duff and Lily Crabtree. In addition, keeper Alley Ronaldi posted a shutout in the win.
"We attacked very well against Alabama and Alley played very well and made a couple of great saves to keep a clean sheet," Mott said. "Overall it's a step forward for the program and I'm happy with the performance."
Ole Miss will host its final spring game of the season on Friday night at 7 p.m. taking on the Memphis Tigers. Admission to the game is free.
