Ole Miss Basketball Radio, TV Shows Begin This Week

OXFORD, Miss. - The start of Southeastern Conference play also brings Ole Miss Basketball into the media spotlight as the 2012 season of the "RebTalk with Coach Andy Kennedy" weekly radio show and the brand new weekly TV series "The Season: Ole Miss Basketball" gets underway this week.
"RebTalk with Coach Andy Kennedy" is held each week during SEC basketball season. It airs live from Rooster's Blues House on the Oxford Square, at 7 p.m.
There will be eight shows beginning on Thursday, Jan. 12 and continuing on Thursday, Jan. 19; Wednesday, Jan. 25 (game vs. Florida on Thursday); Thursday, Feb. 2; Wednesday, Feb. 8 (game vs. Mississippi State on Thursday); Wednesday, Feb. 15 (game vs Vanderbilt on Thursday); Thursday, Feb. 23 and Thursday, Mar. 1.

Many of the affiliates on the Ole Miss Radio Network are airing RebTalk, including WTNM-FM 105.5 in Oxford. OleMissSports.com's RebelVision also streams the show live.
During the hour-long weekly broadcast of RebTalk, Kennedy will answer questions sent in and offer his thoughts on the team. The show is hosted by the "Voice of the Rebels" David Kellum.
Also tipping off this week is the creative new weekly TV series, "The Season: Ole Miss Basketball," which provides a behind-the-scenes look at the Rebel program. Episodes are available each Thursday for free on RebelVision.
The show may also be seen Thursdays at 4 p.m. CT on CSS, 7 p.m. on Meridian's WMDN-D2 (AccuWeather) and 10 p.m. on Columbus' WCBI MyMS-TV. Cox Cable will air the show at 1:30 p.m. this Friday, Jan. 13, at 11:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 20, at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26 and then 3:30 p.m. each Thursday for the remainder of the season.
