NFL & Beyond Part 3: Tre' Stallings

This Saturday, Ole Miss Athletics is welcoming back four former Rebels who went on play professional football for a panel discussion entitled NFL & Beyond. The event will take place on the Grove stage at 11 a.m. prior to the BancorpSouth Grove Bowl at 1 p.m. The attendees include two current players (two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning and Stacy Andrews) and former pros Ronnie Heard and Tre' Stallings, who have both gone on to careers in college athletics.

A four-year starting offensive tackle during his Rebelcareer, Tre' Stallings was a sixth-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in the2006 NFL Draft.

A nativeof Magnolia, Stallings played in the NFL EuropeLeague with the Amsterdam Admirals in 2007 before joining the Baltimore Ravensin 2008.

Stallings helped lead the Ravens to the playoffs and AFC Championshipgame in '08, but chose to leave the NFL following the conclusion of trainingcamp in 2009.    

In2010, he was an Administrative Fellow with the previously known Pacific-10Conference Championship Department, while today he is the Assistant Director ofChampionships for the Southeastern Conference, administeringcompetition and championships for track and field and cross country.  Healso provides support for all other conference championships.
