Post Game Notes: Ole Miss vs. Mississippi State
Ole Miss is 7-2 in the SEC for the first time since 1937-38 and off to its best start to a season after 22 games (18-4) since 2000-01.
Ole Miss and Mississippi State met for the 246th time tonight, which is the most played rivalry in the SEC.
Senior F Murphy Holloway pulled down eight boards against Mississippi State and is the school's all-time career rebounding leader with 964 career rebounds.
Junior G Marshall Henderson leads the SEC in scoring at 19.5 ppg, scored 31 tonight and ranks third in the nation averaging 4.0 made 3-pointers per game (made 6 tonight).
Head Coach Andy Kennedy (143) is just one win away from tying B.L. Graham (144) for the most wins in Ole Miss History. Kennedy's record at Ole Miss is 143-82 in seven seasons, while Graham posted a 144-168 mark over 13 seasons as head coach.
