KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Ole Miss women's golf team's second round at the Mercedes-Benz Championship was rained out on Saturday (Sept. 21). The Rebels will close out action on Sunday with 18 holes.

The tournament, originally scheduled to be 54-holes, will be a 36-hole tournament following today's cancellation. Ole Miss is sitting in 10th place as a team at 10-over par, 294. Abby Newton and Maria Toennessen are leading the team both firing an opening round 2-over par 73 on Friday.
