Rebels Travel To Kentucky, South Carolina

OXFORD, Miss. - Coming off a bye week, the Ole Miss soccer team returns to the road this weekend for a pair of matches at Kentucky and South Carolina as the Rebels (7-3-4, 2-1-3 SEC) look to start strong for the final stretch of the regular season.
The Rebels kick off the weekend with a match against the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. CT on Friday evening before heading to face the Gamecocks at 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Both matches can be watched live online through the SEC Network + digital platform or followed by live stats at www.OleMissSports.com.
* Ole Miss takes the field after a bye week and is coming off a 1-0 win at Alabama in the last outing as the Rebels got a game-winner from Jennifer Miller over the Crimson Tide.
* Senior goalkeeper Kelly McCormick tied the school record for shutout victories (22) with the win over the Crimson Tide and will set the record with her next shutout.
* Kentucky (8-5-0, 3-3-0 SEC) enters the weekend after picking up a win over South Carolina in the last outing off a goal from Courtney Raetzman that provided the 1-0 victory.
* The Wildcats have gotten goals from 10 players, including a team-leading six goals from both Arin Gilliland and Jade Klump. Raetzman is third on the team in goals with five this season.
* South Carolina (9-4-1, 2-3-1 SEC) enters the weekend with an RPI of 16 in the latest rankings, but is coming off the loss to the Wildcats last weekend and faces fifth-ranked Florida on Thursday night this week.
* The Gamecocks have gotten goals from 10 different players and are paced by Sophie Groff with four goals to date. South Carolina has gotten wins with defense as goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo has posted eight shutouts in the nine wins.
