Post Game Quotes - Western Kentucky
12/13/2014 | Men's Basketball
Ole Miss Head Coach Andy Kennedy
On the game…
"We're in the ultimate make plays sport. There's no running out the clock. You have to continue to make plays. In the first half, we were really aggressive. We shot 24 percent in the second half. It's not just any one guy, but we're not getting the production we need to be as competitive as I would have hoped."
On offensive struggles…
"Jarvis (Summers) is really struggling. We've tried everything. He's been a little banged up. He's rested; he barely practiced this week trying to get some pop back. His heart has always been in the right place but can't seem to get one to go down. We tried to take the onus off him early and go to (Stefan) Moody. Snoop (LaDarius White) was outstanding early but didn't make a basket in the second half. We missed free throw after free throw. When you let Western Kentucky make more free throws than you attempt, it's going to be a long night. It was a tale of two halves. We were pretty good in the first, but they were outstanding in the second."
