On the game…
"I wanted to challenge them to be more aggressive. (In the last game) we played as well offensively in the first half against Western (Kentucky) as we had for 20 minutes all year. The second half, we played to protect the lead and didn't finish plays in the paint. They did to us what we did to Coastal (Carolina) tonight. Coastal's zone was spread and wasn't allowing us to turn the ball. Our instincts should have told us to drive the gaps and be aggressive. That's what we did in the second half. We took what the defense gave us and got in the gaps. When you have 15 assists on 23 made field goals, it shows you are sharing the ball. A couple foolish turnovers at the end made it a little too exciting. We've made free throws for the most part this year, and we finished the game at the foul line. We won the battle of the boards against the No. 4 ranked team in country in rebounding margin. There were a lot of positives with the biggest being we won the game."
On LaDarius White…
"He was very aggressive for us to start the half. You're down 13, and your morale is down. He hit the first two 3s in the second half to relax us a little bit. We carved into that lead quickly and got it where it was manageable, so we could make plays down the stretch."
