Redshirt sophomore Kaitlin Voll, willbe serving as the Ole Miss women's golf blogger this weekend. She will besharing some behind-the-scenes moments as the team opens the spring season atthe AllState Sugar Bowl Classic in New Orleans.

The definition of a frittata is an egg-basedItalian dish that is similar to an omelet. The vegetable frittata was the maindish for breakfast the morning of the first round that ended up gettingcanceled due to storms. That morning we all learned that Taelor has a phobia offrittatas. We call it frittataphobia!

On our day of our canceled round we went tothe famous Cafe Du Monde and ate our body weight in beignets and powder sugar!Totally worth it! I'm pretty sure each one was 520 calories and we averaged4.5 a person!  (You do the math:)

We woke up this morning at 5 a.m. for our secondround knowing we are to play 36 holes and make up Round 1. The girls had thepassion and determination today. I saw it in everyone's eyes! Due to thedriving range being basically underwater, each player only had 12 balls to warmup with. We did our dynamic warm up and took many practice swings! As a teamthere were many birdies to go round! The energy was fantastic and so many greatgolf shots!

We ended up at Sun ray Grill for dinnerand after dinner we are headed back to the room to do stats and prep workfor tomorrow! We're looking to finish strong with only 18 holes tomorrow.

Good night Rebel Fans!
