Rebels Win Again at No. 19 Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Stefan Moody had 18 points as Ole Miss shot a season-high 56.4 percent in a 96-82 win over No. 19 Arkansas on Saturday night.
Five players finished in double figures for the Rebels (11-6, 2-2 Southeastern Conference), who were playing their first road game since a crushing overtime loss at Kentucky.
The win improves Rebels coach Andy Kennedy's record to 11-4 in his career against the Razorbacks (13-4, 2-2), who have now lost two straight and had their 16-game home winning streak snapped.
Bobby Portis had 23 points and 10 rebounds to lead Arkansas, while Michael Qualls and Ky Madden had 22 each.
The loss was Arkansas' first at home since a 75-71 defeat to Missouri last season, and fourth-year coach Mike Anderson is now 61-7 in Bud Walton Arena.
Jarvis Summers added 17 points for Ole Miss, while Sebastian Saiz had 12 and LaDarius White 10. Dwight Coleby finished with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
As it did for most of the game at Rupp Arena, Ole Miss played like a team very comfortable on the road in the first half - shooting a season-best 74.1 percent (20 of 27) from the field while taking a 53-40 halftime lead.
Nine players scored at least four points in the half for the Rebels, who topped their previous best shooting half of the season - a 14 of 22 (63.6 percent) second half in a win over Creighton on Nov. 28.
The largest deficit Arkansas had overcome in a win this season was 13 points against Georgia, but they fell behind by as many as 15 after a first-half 3-pointer by Moody gave Ole Miss a 27-12 lead.
The Razorbacks closed to within eight points in the second half, but they were unable to catch the Rebels - who were 8 of 15 on 3-pointers and had won six straight over Arkansas before a 110-80 loss in Bud Walton Arena last season
