When Josh Richardson, their all-league player, comes off that handoff, we're going to reach out and foul him. M.J. (Rhett) said he tried to but obviously not compelling enough. He turns the corner, shot fakes us and gets a clean look. Finally, we got a kind bounce."
On the game…
"Stefan Moody is playing with a lot of confidence. He's making hard shots for us. Jarvis (Summers) really was aggressive tonight. He missed some, but he made some. He created off the bounce. Our margin for error is awfully small. We've proven that though 27 games. We can be really good, and we can be not so good. The Thursday-Saturday swing is not easy from a physical or emotional standpoint. It's not easy being able to quickly turn the page, most especially when you beat your in-state rival and the magnitude of that. We try to downplay each and every game because you have to look at the big picture. Obviously, that game carries a lot of weight. I was worried about getting us back emotionally in order to be ready for this team. They hurt us with the matchup zone. You can talk about it all you want but having to score against it is something completely different. Their matchup was problematic for us. It had us standing way too much. They had the lead at the half simply because they were dominating us on the offensive glass. They had nine offensive rebounds in the first half and outrebounded us 20 to 11. They still outrebounded us by nine, but they only had two offensive rebounds in the second half. We only had one in the first have, but we had eight in the second half."
