Quoting Head Coach Mark Beyers…
"It was a quick turnaround, but I thought we did a good job and played with a lot more energy and more urgency. We talked after yesterday's match about having too many ups and downs, and I thought today was much better. It was definitely a step in the right direction. Memphis has a solid team, and we never gave them an opportunity to get into the match."

On the 5-0 Start…
"We'll take it. Obviously it's highlighted by the win over Stanford, but beating Purdue and Memphis, the team did a good job of stepping up, especially today. Now we make the transition to outdoor tennis. We've got two weeks to get ready for Tulane and Colorado in New Orleans. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we'll be able to get plenty of practice outdoors."

On the Top of the Lineup Setting the Tone…
"With only three courts here indoors, it would put a lot of pressure on the girls at the bottom if you fall behind. They've done a great job of putting the lower players in position to only need one like close it out 4-0. But the lower half of the lineup has played great as well. We're going to need all of them at some point, especially in the SEC matches."

Next Up…
The Rebels have two weeks to prepare for their first outdoor matches in New Orleans, Louisiana against Tulane and Colorado.
