What made you choose Ole Miss?
When I arrived on campus I truly felt like I was at home. Between the atmosphere of the campus and student life, the coaching staff, and soccer facilities it was a no brainer.
What do you like most about Ole Miss and Oxford?
I love the southern hospitality that everybody has everywhere you go, and the beautiful scenery everywhere you look. I love that most buildings on campus are historically relevant and hold many stories. I love how we have so many resources that surround us to make sure that we succeed.
How did you attract the attention of the coaching staff at Ole Miss?
I believe they first saw me at a PDP camp my sophomore year. I think they started tracking me and my games from there on out. We had been in contact through my club coaches, and shortly after the coaching staff invited me down on an unofficial visit.
If you could give any advice to younger players entering the sport, what would it be?
Never take a play off, always put in the extra hour, and work constantly. Always remember that it isn't supposed to be easy because if it were easy everyone would do it. Working hard is what sets us apart.
If you had a day off from soccer, what would you do?
I would sleep in till noon, have three bowls of Lucky Charms, watch Netflix while I play with my dogs and hang out with my friends. Or, if I'm not feeling lazy, I would go on some type of adventure like a hike to watch the sunset.
What are your goals for the season?
My goals for this season are to get playing time. I don't care where I play or if I start, I just want to be on the field and make an impact on the game.
