Davis Named SEC Player of the Week

OXFORD, Miss. - Ole Miss sophomore Terence Davis has been named the SEC Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.
A 6-4 guard from Southaven, Mississippi, Davis recorded two double-doubles last week to help the Rebels to a perfect 2-0 record. He averaged 19 points, 11 rebounds and four assists in a pair of wins over Tennessee and at Missouri.
Davis scored a career-high 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to help the Rebels knock off Tennessee Tuesday. Thirteen of his 20 points came after halftime as Ole Miss overcame a 13-point second half deficit against the Vols. Davis recorded his fourth double-double of the season and his second of the week to help the Rebels to a road win at Missouri Saturday with 19 points, 11 boards and four assists.
