Postgame Quotes: Bradley

Head Coach Andy Kennedy
On how the defense played...
"I thought it was the best we've played defensively in the first half. For about 30 minutes I thought we were really locked in. Our ball-screen defense has been bad, and it has led to breakdowns, and tonight I thought the ball-screen defense was as good as it has been all year. It's all about point of attack."
On sense of urgency...
"I do think we are beginning to understand the meaning of thin line between winning and misery, and unfortunately for us, we have been on the wrong side of that too many times this season. When we get back from break it's SEC play, and the guys are going to be excited about that."
On the biggest take away from non-conference play...
"I'm certainly not pleased with the fact that we lost three home games. I have said since 2006 when I got this job, that those are just no-no's. You can't do that because it is so difficult to win on the road. I am encouraged that the guys are understanding who we are and that we have to be blue-collar. Sometimes it is hard to be blue-collar because it is hard. It is not easy. That is just the way we have to play. I think offensively we are finding a rhythm. Dre (Deandre Burnett) and Bree (Breein Tyree) are making better decisions with the ball. We had 18 assists off of 29 made field goals. Tuesday, we had 25 off of 28."
On Terence Davis' performance...
"I was pleased to see him make shots. I thought early his teammates did a good job of finding him where he was catching and shooting and not doing too much off of the dribble. It was good to see him lead us offensively like we are going to need him moving forward."
