Ole Miss Head Coach Andy Kennedy

On Terence Davis…
"I didn't start him in the game, the reason being that I was trying to keep him out of foul trouble. It didn't work. He keeps getting in foul trouble. He fouls out in 17 minutes against Baylor. He gets in foul trouble against Tennessee. It's hard for us to catch a rhythm. He's such a dynamic player offensively, especially in the open floor. So, I didn't start him. He still gets in foul trouble. When you're down as much as we were, you have to throw caution to the wind and put guys out there that you feel can ignite you. That's what we did to start the second half."

On the game...
"Despite scoring 63 points and shooting 63 percent from the field in the second half, out-rebounding them by nine, what one the game for us was getting defensive stops. We got stops which allowed us to get in the open floor. TD, Cullen (Neal), Dre (Deandre Burnett) were making key plays. It wasn't (Sebastian Saiz)'s best game. Mr. Double Double doesn't get a double-double, but he kept a couple balls alive just by his presence. Other guys got them and made plays. Defensively is where it turned for us. Thankfully, we were able to cut the margin quickly. It wasn't as if it was a slow bleed. We had the thing down to 10 under the 12-minute media (timeout). Guys had some faith that we could get this done. Thankfully, we did."
