"I'm used to it man, our margin for error is just too small. Typically if it is going to be a blowout it is not going to be good for us so I want them close. We have lived in this world all year and if we are going to have success we are going to have to continue to live in this world in the regular season finale and the tournament. It is just who we are."

"Our guys stepped up and made the plays that we needed to, to get to number 18. At the end of the day it is a bottom line business and when you get to this point of the season only one thing matters. Does this go in the right column or the left column? This one goes in the right column.
On his team making free throws…
"We lead the nation in free throws made on the season. This has been something we feel that we can be successful at. We go 27 for 29, 93% and obviously we needed everyone of them."
On Breinn Tyree's play…
"I think certain guys are not afraid of the big moment. He is certainly in that category. What I'm trying to do and only experience will be able to do is for him to recognize when those moments are and not thinking he can just go create them. He is a guy that is going to have a really bright future."

"I thought we did a pretty good job getting the ball in the hole. We seemed to get their defense out a little bit while setting ball screens. To be honest we made layups and we haven't always done that."

"He made two 3 pointers. We had talked about him shooting the 3. He is sneaky. Sometimes he will shoot it and sometimes he won't. But when the lights were on really bright, he jumped up and made two of them and you have got to give him credit."
