Opening statement...
"The reality is, the numbers don't think that we are an NCAA Tournament team. But guess what? We still have an opportunity to improve upon those. That is exactly what we will do in Nashville."
On the early lead...
"They are the number two defensive efficiency team in the nation. They are good. They will turn you over. They force the second most turnovers behind my second brother Bob Huggins and West Virginia. We turned it over seventeen times. But we were making our shots. We shot 57% in the first half. I knew they weren't going to go away."
"Sebas was tremendous. What a great way for him to go out on senior night. I certainly thought he was the difference for us tonight. He has had a great career for us."

"Equally disappointed in our team and extremely happy for Andy Kennedy and his team. I have no idea why no one is mentioning Ole Miss as a team that has a chance to make the NCAA Tournament. I have no idea. If they played in any other conference in the country, they would be one of those teams being spoken about being an NCAA Tournament team. Andy manages things unbelievably. His team is playing at a high level at the right time."
On the reason why Ole Miss is not in the NCAA Tournament conversation...
"I'm not into degrading other teams. I am not trying to denounce any other team or any conference. That is not what I am trying to do. I have been around the league. I know how tough some of these conferences are. But when I sit and watch some of these teams that are supposedly on the bubble right now, the have one top-100 win. How is Ole Miss not in the conversation?"
On what went wrong for his team...
"It was like our season ended at Mississippi State. We were off from practice on Wednesday and Thursday just wasn't there. It wasn't much better yesterday. None of the fundamentals we played through or the disciplines we try to preach were there. We didn't execute them."
