Cotter Wilson Wins Doubles at ITA Summer Circuit Event

OXFORD, Miss. - Rising Ole Miss men's tennis sophomore Cotter Wilson captured the Oracle ITA Summer Circuit Doubles Championship in Arlington, Texas earlier this week, at the UT Arlington Tennis Center.
Wilson teamed up with incoming Texas A&M freshman Austin Abbrat to down Eric Morris (rising sophomore at Denver) and Abhishek Bastola in the final, 6-1. After a first round bye, Wilson and Abbrat only dropped six games total in three matches on their way to the title.
In addition to winning the doubles title, Wilson also reached the singles semifinals.
There are two more events before the ITA National Summer Championships, which will be held at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas.
