After returning to the MLB, Pomeranz put together a brilliant season. He played a key role in the Chicago Cubs bullpen during their NLDS run and started the decisive Game 5. He later signed a one-year deal with the Angels this offseason.

Nick Fortes | Catcher | Miami Marlins

AVG: .229 AB: 218 H: 50 R: 19 2B: 9 3B: 1 HR: 5 RBI: 21 BB: 14 SB: 1 OPS: .625

After returning from injury, Fortes had a successful two month stretch with the Marlins before being dealt to the Rays at the trade deadline. He hit 3 homers and ranked top 5 in the MLB in framing runs saved according to Baseball Savant

Tim Elko | Infielder | Chicago White Sox

AVG: .134 AB: 67 H: 9 R: 6 2B: 1 3B: 0 HR: 4 RBI: 8 BB: 5 SB: 1 OPS: .522

Elko made his Major League debut on May 10 and hit his first career home run on May 11, a three-RBI blast off Sandy Alcantara of the Marlins. He has played in just 20 games at the MLB level but has four home runs. He was placed on the injured list on July 11 with a right knee sprain.

Gunnar Hoglund | Pitcher | Athletics

Record: 1-3 ERA: 6.40 G: 6 GS: 6 SV: 0 IP: 32.1 K: 23 BB: 11

Hoglund made six starts at the big-league level, totaling 32.1 innings with 23 strikeouts before being placed on the 60-day IL. He averaged more than five innings per start and demonstrated the ability to work deep into games during his rookie campaign

Ryan Rolison | Pitcher | Colorado Rockies

Record: 1-0 ERA: 7.02 G: 31 GS: 1 SV: 0 IP: 42.1 K: 25 BB: 20

Rolison logged 42.1 innings across 31 appearances, striking out 25 and earning his first career win. He handled both relief and starting duties, providing multi-inning flexibility throughout the season.

James McArthur | Pitcher | Kansas City Royals

McArthur has been on the injured list since September 17 with a right elbow injury. He recorded 18 saves for the Royals in 2024 before going down with his injury.

Houston Roth | Pitcher | Norfolk Tides (Baltimore)

Record: 5-2 ERA: 3.32 G: 28 GS: 0 SV: 3 IP: 40.2 K: 37 BB: 25

Roth went 5-2 with a 3.32 ERA in 28 appearances, recording three saves and 37 strikeouts over 40.2 innings. He consistently handled late-inning work while limiting damage across the season.

Jacob Waguespack | Pitcher | Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Philadelphia)

Record: 2-0 ERA: 2.45 G: 25 GS: 0 SV: 0 IP: 33.0 K: 31 BB: 11

Waguespack has pitched in 15 games for the Triple-A Durham Bulls, allowing just one earned run over 19.2 innings of work. He has two holds and closed out a combined no-hitter on April 19. Waguespack was placed on the seven-day injured list on May 26 and transferred to the 60-day injured list on July 2. He signed a minor league deal with the Brewers this offseason.

Cooper Johnson | Catcher | Round Rock Express (Texas)

AVG: .209 AB: 273 H: 57 R: 31 2B: 18 3B: 1 HR: 9 RBI: 40 BB: 52 SB: 4 OPS: .680

Johnson appeared in 100 total games between Double-A and Triple-A, finishing with nine home runs, 18 doubles, and 40 RBI. His 52 walks boosted his on-base profile and reflected improved plate discipline over the course of the season.

Doug Nikhazy | Pitcher | Columbus Clippers (Cleveland)

Record: 5-7 ERA: 5.02 G: 16 GS: 21 SV: 1 IP: 86.0 K: 87 BB: 43

Nikhazy made his Major League debut on April 26, getting the start for the Guardians in game two of a doubleheader against the Red Sox. He's made one more appearance for the big league club since, pitching a scoreless inning and striking out two in a relief appearance on July 4. Nikhazy has made 16 starts for Columbus, striking out 76 hitters over 86 innings of work.

Brandon Johnson | Pitcher | Omaha Storm Chasers (Kansas City)

Record: 4-3 ERA: 4.88 G: 54 GS: 2 SV: 8 IP: 72.0 K: 73 BB: 31

Johnson finished with 73 strikeouts in 72 innings across 54 appearances, converting eight saves while working primarily out of the bullpen at Triple-A. 

Kemp Alderman | Outfielder | Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (Miami)

AVG: .285 AB:488 H: 139 R: 69 2B: 20 3B: 5 HR:15 RBI: 53 BB: 34 SB: 22 OPS:.820

Alderman has played in 78 games for Double-A Pensacola, hitting .282 with nine home runs and 35 RBI. He has been named Southern League Player of the Week twice and is currently hitting .300 with a six-game hitting streak in the month of July. He continued to excel after his promotion to Triple-A Jacksonville, hitting .303 with a 1.012 OPS. He is currently the #10 ranked prospect in the Marlins system according to MLB Pipeline

Jacob Gonzalez | Infielder | Birmingham Barons (Chicago AL)

AVG: .232 AB: 475 H: 110 R: 56 2B: 26 3B: 2 HR: 8 RBI: 61 BB: 48 SB: 17 OPS: .652

Gonzalez totaled 26 doubles, eight home runs, 61 RBI, and 17 stolen bases across 475 at-bats. He scored 56 runs and provided steady middle-infield production throughout the season. He is currently the #16 ranked prospect in the White Sox system on MLB Pipeline

Dylan DeLucia | Pitcher | Akron RubberDucks (Cleveland)

Record: 7-7 ERA: 3.57 G: 24 GS: 22 SV: 1 IP: 108.1 K: 106 BB: 42

DeLucia worked 108.1 innings across 22 starts, striking out 106 and posting a 3.57 ERA. He averaged nearly a strikeout per inning while handling a consistent rotation role. He is set to appear for Team Italy in the World Baseball Classic this March.

Calvin Harris | Catcher | Birmingham Barons (Chicago AL)

AVG: .266 AB: 305 H: 81 R: 46 2B: 11 3B: 3 HR: 3 RBI: 38 BB: 30 SB: 8 OPS: .683

Harris hit .266 with 81 hits, 38 RBI, and eight stolen bases over 305 at-bats. He added 30 walks and 14 extra-base hits

Anthony Servideo | Infielder | Chesapeake Baysox (Baltimore)

AVG: .156 AB: 301 H: 47 R: 26 2B: 12 3B: 3 HR: 1 RBI: 22 BB: 43 SB: 9 OPS: .490

Servideo has played in 77 games for Double-A Chesapeake this season, mostly at third base. He has three hits in his last two games after a quiet July.

Derek Diamond | Pitcher | Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh)

Diamond struck out 12 over 14 innings in limited action, continuing to generate swings and misses before injury shortened his season.

Josh Mallitz | Pitcher | ACL Padres (San Diego)

Mallitz appeared in 13 games for High-A Fort Wayne, before being sent down to the Arizona Complex League in what is his first full professional season. He has picked up three wins and struck out 39 batters in 33 innings of work. Mallitz has made three starts for the ACL Padres in the month of July.

Jackson Ross | Infielder | Wilmington Blue Rocks (Washington)

AVG: .211 AB: 279 H: 59 R: 38 2B: 17 3B: 2 HR: 7 RBI: 28 BB: 38 SB: 6 OPS: .669

Ross started the season with Single-A Fredericksburg where he hit .289 with six home runs and 17 RBI in 32 games before being promoted to High-A Wilmington on May 23. Since joining the Blue Rocks he has played in 36 games and scored 13 runs while playing right field and third base.

Ethan Lege | Infielder | Bradenton Marauders (Pittsburgh)

AVG: .221 AB: 204 H: 45 R: 35 2B: 7 3B: 0 HR: 2 RBI: 20 BB: 26 SB: 10 OPS: .615

Lege has played in 40 games for the Single-A Bradenton Marauders after opening the season on the injured list. He hit his first career home run on June 18, a solo shot against Tampa. He is hitting .250 with seven RBI and three stolen bases in the month of July.

Xavier Rivas | Pitcher | Hudson Valley Renegades (New York AL)

Rivas opened the season in the Florida Complex League as he continued to recover from elbow surgery. He pitched in four games for the FCL Yankees where he allowed just two runs and struck out 22 batters over 15.2 innings of work. He was promoted to Single-A Tampa on June 1 and has made eight starts for the Tarpons. He is ranked as the #29 prospect in the Yankees system on MLB Pipeline
