Senior Tereza Janatova has claimed the award four straight times, while classmates Alexa Bortles and Anna Vrbenska repeat their honors from a year ago. Junior Sabina Machalova, sophomores Grace Anne Jones and Tiphanie Fiquet, and freshman Kelsey Mize all earned the award for the first time in their careers this past season.
As a squad, the Rebels turned in a perfect 4.0 GPA this past spring, the highest recorded GPA in department history and carry a collective grade point average of 3.81 and was named an All-Academic Team for the 24th consecutive season, beginning in 1997.
The seven Scholar Athletes replaces the old team record of six, set multiple times but most recently in 2017.
