Leclerq-Ficher and Zadori Earn Singles Victories to Conclude Ole Miss Fall Invite

Rebels Win Two Matches Versus Alabama Opponents
OXFORD, Miss. – The Rebels claimed two victories on day three of the Ole Miss Fall Invite. Ole Miss women's tennis won 14 total matches across the three-day event finalized on Sunday.
Ole Miss earned two dominant victories on Court No. 5 and No. 6 in singles. Reka Zadori won first, defeating Alabama's Sydney Orefice 6-1, 6-0. Zadori won in singles in back-to-back matches after defeating Kansas State's Minami Ukita 6-2, 6-2 on Saturday. Zadori and Ludmila Kareisová led the Rebels with three total victories each over the weekend.
Anaëlle Leclerq-Ficher defeated fellow freshman, the Crimson Tide's Ansley Cheshire, in straight-sets on Sunday. Leclerq-Ficher defeated Cheshire via identical set scores, 6-2, 6-2. Leclerq-Ficher won her second match of the weekend after defeating Georgia's Alee Clayton in three sets on Friday.
The Rebels fell in four other singles matches against Alabama opponents. Lillian Gabrielsen and Rachel Krzyzak both lost in three sets after dropping the first set and winning the second.
In straight sets, No. 27 Sabina Machalova fell to Loudmilla Bencheikh and Kelsey Mize lost to Anne Marie Hiser.
Ole Miss went winless in four doubles matches on Sunday, falling to four Georgia Bulldog teams.
Georgia went undefeated, 12-0, in doubles matches at the Ole Miss Fall Invite.

The Rebels have a combined record of 13-14 in singles and 4-11 in doubles across two ITA events this fall season.
