Soccer Falls at Missouri Thursday Night

COLUMBIA, Mo. โ Ole Miss dropped its Thursday night contest at Missouri by a score of 0-5. Milena Fischer scored a hat trick for the Tigers with Jessica Larson and Emily Derucki each adding one goal.
The Rebels took 11 shots, placing five on goal, but could not crack the scoring column.
Missouri held the advantage in shots and corner opportunities. Fischer put the Tigers in front in the 11th minute off an assist from Leah Selm. Kelly Brady drew a penalty kick in the 17th minute but was denied by Missouri keeper Kate Phillips.
Derucki put the Tigers up 2-0, in the 40th minute after a yellow card was assessed to Riley Friesen just outside the box.
Jessica Larson added the third Tiger goal in the 47th minute and Fischer put Missouri up four in the 50th minute. The final Tiger goal was added in the 83rd off the foot of Fischer.
Ole Miss returns to Oxford and will take on No. 23 South Carolina this Sunday.
