Allen Flanigan and Matthew Murrell Invited to NBA G League Elite Camp

CHICAGO – Two members of the 2023-24 Ole Miss basketball team, Allen Flanigan and Matthew Murrell, are set to put their skills on display at the 2024 NBA G League Elite Camp held at Wintrust Arena in Chicago from Saturday May 11 to Sunday May 12.
The annual NBA G League Elite Camp gives basketball players the chance to show out in front of professional coaches, scouts and front-office executives each year, as Flanigan and Murrell will be joined by 43 other participants. They will each take part in five-on-five games and strength and agility drills.
Flanigan was second on the team in scoring after averaging a career-high 14.8 points per game and led the Rebels in rebounding during the 2023-24 season. He added 2.8 assists and 1.5 steals per game while posting five double-doubles during his lone season in Oxford.
In four seasons with Ole Miss, Murrell scored 1,444 points which ranks 16th in program history. An athletic guard with one of the best shots in the nation, he finished his time in Oxford with 218 made three-pointers, the fifth most all-time in an Ole Miss uniform.
