Ole Miss Athletics, Grove Collective Holding Grove Collection Day on August 19

OXFORD, Miss. -- Following a successful debut in 2023 that resulted in nearly $2 million raised, the Ole Miss athletics department and the Grove Collective will hold their second annual Grove Collection Day on Monday, August 19, as part of a week-long giving campaign.
Grove Collection Day is a 24-hour call-to-action for supporters of Ole Miss to join the Grove Collective and make a donation in support of name, image and likeness (NIL) efforts. Current members are encouraged to make a one-time donation, upgrade their membership to a higher level or refer potential new members.
The centerpiece of Grove Collection Day will be a live show on OleMissSports.com featuring several Rebel coaches, student-athletes and other luminaries discussing the latest from Oxford and the importance of backing NIL in today's landscape.
The digital broadcast will begin at 11 a.m. CT, and will be hosted by "Voice of the Rebels" David Kellum and Grove Collective Executive Director Walker Jones.
In addition, current and new Grove Collective members will have a chance to win exclusive prizes and experiences throughout that week.
"From the onset of the NIL movement, the Ole Miss family has stepped in a tremendous way in support of the Grove Collective, and we know that the second annual Collection Day will be another example of that passionate generosity," said Keith Carter, Ole Miss Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics. "The Grove Collective's impact in the success of our athletics program is immeasurable, and we encourage all of Rebel Nation to make this year's event their most momentous initiative to date."

The official collective of Ole Miss Athletics, The Grove Collective, has experienced remarkable growth since its launch in early 2022 and is ranked among the industry's top 10 collectives. More than 300 Rebel student-athletes, spanning every Ole Miss team, receive support from the Collective and its 80+ corporate sponsors and 5,000+ active monthly subscribers.
