Kelly Brady Signs with Athlone Town AFC for 2025

OXFORD, Miss. โ Former Ole Miss forward Kelly Brady signed with Athlone Town AFC for the 2025 season on Jan. 3, 2025. Known as the Pride of the Midlands, Athlone Town is the League of Irelandโs oldest Football Club, established in 1887.

The team currently plays in the SSE Aitrticity of Ireland First Division and SSE Aitrticity Womenโs Premier Division. The club holds three league titles (two menโs and one womenโs), two FAI Cups (one menโs and one womenโs) and three League Cups.
Brady heads to Europe after two seasons at Ole Miss. In 35 games for the Rebels, Brady scored 12 goals and tallied 26 points. In her first season in Oxford, Brady led the team in goals scored, points, shots on goal, and penalty kicks.
She had four game winners in 2023 and converted all three of the Rebelsโ penalty kick attempts on the season.
The 2024 season saw Brady rank second on the team in goals and points. She led the team in shots and shots on goal. Brady also led the Rebels in penalty kicks on the year.
