Athletics Department requests-
- Email A Getzin (agetzin@olemiss.edu) with the day, time and room needed and for what purpose (team meeting, workshop, training, etc.)
- An email will be sent back to requestor to confirm if the room reservation is possible
Outside requests-
- Email Derek Cowherd (cowherd@olemiss.edu) with the day, time and room needed and for what purpose (team meeting, workshop, training, etc.)

Any requests by coaches for recruit visits go to the counselor assigned to that sport. The counselor will conduct the tour. Non-athletics department tours are to be coordinated through Derek Cowherd. No unattended/unannounced tours are allowed.
University Classroom Usage of the
Between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., the University schedules classes in the Auditorium (Room 207).
