HOW TO TRANSFER TICKETS | HOW TO ACCEPT A TRANSFER
  1. WHAT IS A TICKET TRANSFER?
    • This free season ticket benefit allows Ole Miss fans to electronically send their tickets to another fan of their choosing. The recipient then gets an email notifying them of the transfer and receives the tickets via email.

  2. How do I transfer a ticket?
    1. Go to OleMissTix.com, and click “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of your screen.
    2. Login to your account, then click “Transfer Tickets to Someone Else”
    3. Select game and specific tickets to transfer
    4. Enter the email address or phone number of the person receiving your transfer.
    5. Click "Submit" and Sign Out
       
  3. How do I accept a ticket transfer?
    1. Transfer recipients will receive an email from OleMissTix@olemiss.edu that includes a link to accept the transfer. The subject line of the email will read "Ticket Transfer Initiation". Open your email and click the link.
    2. Enter your email address where you received the invitation to accept the tickets in the desired field and click "ACCEPT".
    3. The next page prompts you to sign into your ticket account using your account number and user generated password or click the "REGISTER HERE" link if you have never used our online ticketing system.
    4. Choose your preferred delivery method and click "checkout". On the next page check the terms and conditions box and click "submit payment" (There will be no payment as ticket transfer is free).
    5. You will then receive two emails. The first email is a ticket transfer transaction receipt and the second email contains your transferred tickets to download.  Print-At-Home tickets should be printed on individual sheets of paper, and mobile ticket should be added to your phones digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). 
       
  4. When can I transfer a ticket?
    • Season ticket holders can transfer a ticket up to 4 hours prior to game time. The entire transfer process (offer and acceptance) must be completed 2 hours prior to game time. 
       
  5. Is there any special information to remember?
    1. Tickets may be transferred multiple times prior to game day. 
    2. Adobe reader version 9.0+ is required to open the transferred ticket as an attachment
    3. When receiving transferred tickets always check your junk mail folder as some email programs and server settings do not allow attachments from unknown sources.
    4. The deadline to accept and complete a ticket transfer is 2 hours prior to game time on game day.
