RETURN YOUR TICKETS
Thank you for your support as a ticket holder!
We understand you may not be able to make it to every game. One option you have is to return your tickets to the Ole Miss athletics ticket office for distribution to community or campus groups who may be otherwise unable to attend games.
We have created a seamless process for you to donate your tickets back. Simply follow the steps below to return your tickets and our staff will take care of the rest!
STEP ONE
Open the Ole Miss Rebels mobile app on your cell phone.
Tap on the Tickets icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen, then tap on Manage Tickets.
Scroll to the right in the middle section, find the icon labeled Return Tickets, and tap it.
STEP TWO
You will be redirected to an internet browser and may be asked to log in to your account.
You will then be presented with a screen that lists all of the upcoming events for which you have tickets.
Locate the event for which you wish to return tickets, and tap it.
STEP THREE
After selecting an event, all tickets in your account that are associated with that event will appear.
Check the box next to each ticket you wish to return, then tap the Next button below.
STEP FOUR
A new screen will load confirming the tickets you have selected to return. Double check and make sure the tickets displayed are the tickets you checked on the previous screen.
Then, tap the Process Return button and you're done!
