Nathan Dye is in his first year as the men's basketball director of operations (internal affairs) after spending five seasons as the team's coordinator of video services. In his new position, Dye coordinates the team's schedule and monitors the budget. He also serves as the team liaison in a variety of aspects.

While serving as the coordinator of video services for five years, Dye was responsible for the program's video operations that primarily focused on team and opponent scouting, motivational and highlight videos, and the collection and organization of the team's video and data files.

Dye served as a graduate manager for Ole Miss and Andy Kennedy from 2012-14. He helped the Rebels to 46 wins over two years, including the SEC Tournament Championship in 2013, and a win over Wisconsin in the NCAA Tournament that season.

A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Dye graduated from Jackson Academy and earned his B.A. in Public Policy Leadership from Ole Miss in 2012 and his M.B.A. in 2014. He is the son of Hamp and Shannon Dye and has one brother, David. He married the former Hannah Korte, of Metropolis, Illinois. Hannah and Nathan are parents to Ann Hampton, Elle, and Bailey Bradford.  The family has one dog, Nash.
